Black Man Killed in Minneapolis Police No-Knock Raid
22-year-old Amir Locke was fatally shot by Minneapolis SWAT officer Mark Hanneman during a no-knock warrant execution. Body cam footage shows Locke was sleeping and legally possessed his firearm when police entered.
